International shipping
We offer free international shipping to destinations available at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in this shipping offer and are payable by the buyer according to the destination country’s rules.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
International orders are usually dispatched within 4–7 working days. In some cases, preparation may take up to 10 working days. After dispatch, estimated international delivery takes a further 3–7 working days.
Dispatch time and delivery time are separate. These are estimates, and customs clearance, destination requirements and courier delays may affect the arrival date. Please contact us before ordering if you need jewellery for a particular occasion.
Import duties and customs
The buyer is responsible for import duties, local taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country. Customs authorities or the courier may require payment or additional information before releasing a parcel. These charges vary by destination; please check the applicable requirements before ordering.
Returns, exchanges and resizing
Eligible returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. We do not offer voluntary exchanges for domestic or international orders, and resizing is not available for international orders. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
